Bud always tasted bitter to me, but my taste and smell have been going down hill with my many years of sinus problems and have not drank any in years

Here is the chart from another Yamaha document that I think you wanted. It shows, by serial number, the range of F150's that were provided during 2004 through 2008.

        Hi Boscoe99.
        You were completely Wright,
They found a serial no somehow
        63p-1003860
That gives us production year 2004 as you guessed!
So I need some serious talk to My former Owner!
Yamaha doesnt Impress me, they trashed the tensioner when changing
        Timing belt. Additional cost 400$!
Is that a common issue when changing belt?

It is to the unknowing. I have been guilty of breaking one myself. Appears to be pot metal that will crack/break in a nanosecond. When they say to gradually apply pressure on the tool they mean very damn gradually. And if does not move, back off and start again.

They broke it, they should pay for it. IMO.

Yamaha put out a bulletin to inform their mechanics about it. Even mentioned in some places that if you break it, it is not a warrantable defect.

Glad you finally found your serial number. Now you know. Write it down in several places.
