    You need to be checking to see if the key switch has 12V+ to it and if it is sending 12V+ out.
    if you have 12+ leaving, then you need to see where along the circuit it is disappearing.

    bad connections at battery Pos or Neg, neutral start switch, or anywhere along the system can stop the starter form being told to engage

        Half split trouble shooting...
        You test about in the mid section of a suspected troubled circuit and determine which side of the half circuit has a fault, then half split that... quick way to find your fault
        If its got teats or tires, you bound to have trouble with it....
