    when you turn the key to the on position, the ECU sees what the Atmospheric pressure is before you even start the motor and that hold true until you turn the key /motor off.
    does that match what your weather station says it is in your area at that time?
    if not there is a problem with that sensor.

      I got to thinking maybe I am thinking about the TPS voltage and throttle backwards and they represent an open throttle
      Someone else needs to help to make sure I am not looking at it wrong
