Perfect - thanks for the quick response.

And for anyone interested, I found an old Yamaha shop manual for the 200TRP and it lists 434.3lbs.

Yup, I should have mentioned that my manual says 434.3 without the prop.

Anyone else have any comments or suggestions?

        Thanks, David

"to change out trim motor" (from your first post).

Are you changing out just the electric pump motor (for brushes, etc) or the entire trim and tilt assembly??

I'm not changing the trim motor or tilt/trim assy, I'm not the original poster who was trying to change his trim motor, that was BQUICK.

I found this thread while looking for help to change out my tilt tube, this part:

            Any suggestions welcome.

              Sorry, my Boo...

Just an suggestion, its best to start a new thread with your issue, it just keeps it a bit simpler.

I've never changed out that tube but generally heat (a heat gun, NOT torch), and a good penetrating oil can't hurt.

You may end up removing both transom brackets looking at the picture you posted...

Good luck and please post back the outcome...

Thanks man - completely agree about the new thread. Should have done that.

Thanks for the help (and nice bike you ride btw)
