Flush Cuff/Ears 1982 Yamaha 200hp

Thanks for any help you can give me. I've got a 1982 200hp Yamaha. I want to use a flush cuff (or ears) and garden hose to start (hopefully) my motor before going to the lake for the first time. The ears on the cuff i have are too large to fit onto the water intake.

Any idea where I get a flush cuff that will fit.

Yamaha ear muff style flusher is part number ABB-MOTOR-FL-SH.

if you put a clamp over the muffs it should direct the water into intake just fine
or you can try bending the muffs almost closed first
