alarm/ buzzer goes off continuosly

2002 150 TXRA. The alarm sounds even when ignition key is turned to axilery. I have replaced stats, impeller, changed out oil and cleaned all lines and tanks. If you unplug main oil tank(located in boat) buzzer will stop. Tried new oil tank sensor, nothing, still sounds. I need help!!!
