Info On 1995 150hp Water /cooling

I Have A 1995 150 Hp Yamaha,i Installed A New Water Pump,2 T-stats. It Is Hot With Muffs On, I Do Not See Water Coming Out Of The Holes Abouve The Cap. Plate . I Pulled The Hose For The Press Reg. And A Very Small Amout Of Water Comes Out .i Do Have A Low Press Stream Out Of The Piss Hole (not Realy Supper Strong) Pulled The Plug On The Heads Were The Press Line Would Be And No Water Cam Out While Running. (both Heads) Did Not Have This Problem When I Stored Away. Had Pump A Part 2 Times ,did Not See Anything. Looked At The Tube That Gos Into Top Of Pump Looked Ok And Was In . Any Help Would Be Great.

Running on flusher sometimes wont supply enough water, put in water and try it may be ok.

Thanks I Will Give It A Splash This Sunday I Am Going To Change The Press. Control Valve Just In Case.
