2 stroke to 4 stroke wire harness?

I have a 2004 40hp yamaha on my pontoon. I have a chance to buy a 2000 yamaha 115hp 4stroke efi.....(it is a tiller at the moment) What will I need to replace on my pontoon? Or will this just plug into existing wire harness? I know I have to remove the tiller arm...Thanks A.J.

The controls and wiring are the same. may have to get parts to convert to remote steering if they are not with motor.
