It is possible for it to affect all rpm's.

Don't play with the TPS unless you have a computer connected as even setting it back to the old paint mark may be wrong.It makes a major deal with Fuel/air ratio timing,etc.Melted pistons and hot or cold cylinder temps may occur.Good luck and may the Yamaforce Be With You!
