  • winterizing 1991 225hp txrp

I have done most of the must do requirements for winterizing my engine:
    .add stabilizers
    .fog carbs
.fog on each cilinder and change/replace spark plugs
.take propeller out, clean and grease it
    .grease points
.check/inspect gas filters: BUT I have not changed it, nor the fuel/water separator since I have not found water on them. Do I really need to change them now?
also I have not drain the carbs, I had spread them with fogging oil while engine running and do not know if I need to drain them.
Thanks in advance for the help!!

I would drain the carbs, if not may have to clean carbs next time run motor. Replacing the filters if up to you.

      Boats.net, Thanks a lot,
Should I fog carbs again after I drained them? and should I disconnect the gas line on the engine??
