Water in cylinder

While winterizing my Z200TXRY, and after flushing. I removed spark plugs to spray oil into cylinders. The top cylinder on the left side (#1 head) was loaded with water. Reinstalled plugs and ran engine, seem to run fine. But when I flushed again water returned to cylinder. Head gasket?? Any suggestions?? Engine has never overheated.

compression check will show a head gasket leak
