30HP Yamaha "he cups" at idle

Hi Folks, I have a 1997 30 HP 2 stroke Yamaha pull start. It run great but, after it warms up it “he cups” at idle and the rpms slightly goes down. It will not “he cup” unless it’s warm. I’m thinking it might be something electrical. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Sounds like it is running too lean, lean sneeze at idle, need to pull and clean carbs and pay special attention to the idle or pilot circuits.
