  • Fuel flows out ?

What would cause the gas flow back out of lines, I have changed the ball three times and it still does the same thing ?

The primer bulb wont hold fuel pressure it is only for primming purpose, to get fuel to engine for start up then engine fuel pump pumps the fuel.

      What is happening?

If the bulb goes flat then you have a restriction causing the pump to suck it flat,
But we have no idea what your problem is unless you tell us

The bulb does not get hard, it does pump gas up to the motor, I thought the pulp was supposed to stay hard because of a valve or something. Thanks

          Bad mech fuel pumps...

What motor is it? If you can not pump the bulb up firm it usually means one (or both ....) mechanical fuel pumps are bad.
