Yamaha 90 hp four stroke blowing 30 amp fuse

My yamaha 90 hp four stroke keeps blowing the 30 amp fuse as soon as you hook up battery cables. Please help. Thanks\

Have battery checked to see if good and not charged backwards. Check battery cable connections are correct and tight, cables are in good shape and there are no shorted wires.
