LCD Marine Meter MPH to KPH

Hi There, I have a Yamy 130 with a digital Speedo, dose any one know how to chage the speed reading for MHP to KPH? It is driving me batty

Set #1 switch up , #2 switch up for km/h.
#1 switch down, #2 up for mph.

here in fl theyre on the back of the gauge....not sure where they put them in zimbabwe...
