Blown gasket?

shortly after i bought my 25 H, i've noticed exhaust trails(black gooy stuff) around the gasket that is just above the "cavitation plate" on the foot and water comes out of there also.

water also coming out in them littles holes under that plate.

Does anyone ever run into the same situation??

Sounds like unburnt oil like running too heavy of oil mixture in gas, oil mixture is 100:1 on that engine.

Ya, it was actually too rich, it was about 25 to 1). Done that thinking it would be better for breaking period. I was back to 50 to 1 lately but will go to 100 to 1 from now on. Didn't think to rich mix could do that! Is there a blown gasket there now or its just normal???
