"shorter" eliphant ear prop for T8

I have a T8 running as a kicker on my BW Outrage 22, 225 HP main engine, and have only just now gotten a tachometer hooked up to the T8, to find that flat out the T8 is only turning between 3800 and 4000 RPM. I would like to get the T8 up to at least 5000 RPM at WOT, so I am looking for information on what "shorter" props Yamaha might have available for the T8 than what comes standard on a new motor (I am embarassed to say that I don't know what the diameter and pitch of the current prop is - it came on the motor new a year ago.)

The std prop is an 5 3/4 pitch and that is the smallest pitch prop avaiable for it, pull prop off and see what is on it.
