Start switch 2005 115 2-stroke

Can anyone tell me if the main switch in a single 704-82570-08-00 will work in an individual switch 64D-82570-03-00?
If so is the two extra wires in the diagram used for the engine stop switch.

704-82570-08-00 is switch panel with key switch, warning buzzer and emergency stop switch.
64D-82570-03-00 is switch panel is same but does include emegency stop switch.
