  • Fuel Vapor Separator filter replacement

After changing the filters on both my 2001 F115s, the RPMs have dropped to 3600. Is there something that needs to be done to bleed the system of air? I have checked the pressure of the fuel rail without starting and it is about 40 psi by turning the key on. It gradually reduces around 4-5 psi after a few mins. When I bleed it, mostly air comes out and only a little fuel. Not sure if this is normal. At this time, I have not checked the pressure with the motor running. What should the pressure be while running? Thanks for the help in advance.
