  • tachometer dip switch settings

The newly installed multi-function tach on my 60-hp 4-stroke is reading 2100 at idle. I watched the guy who installed it set three dip switches, and I am guessing he set them incorrectly. Can anyone tell me the proper positions. As I look in the access hole in the back of the tach they are all aligned, but I can't make out any markings to tell if they are on or off, up or down, or whatever. I'll take any advice I can get.
