225 excell question

I have a 1987 225 excell yamaha. I just rebuilt the carbs and need to set the throttle position sensor. I need to read .41 +/- .01 volts. There is a test harness for this reading. I cant find a part no anywhere. Can i read it somewhere else? can i make a harness? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance , tim
