My 02 200 hp HPDI starts fine when cold .Cold like sitting over nite.If I run it and shut it down for say 30 min. I have to turn it over for say 5 sec. or so for it to start. When it dose start it is idleing very low rpms say 3 or 4 hundred? What do you think? THANKS

Turn the idle screw up ?

Try just turning the idle screw up a little? Idle speed is 700-750 rpm. Does it start Ok if you just move the throttle lever up a quarter inch or so? (in neutral...). If you have the YDS software or jumper wire kit you can check the Throttle Position Sensor setting as well. Should be about .60v - .65v at idle.
