25 HP CV missing at full throttle

Hi, I have a problem with my Cv 25 HP 2005 model, when it is at full throttle it has what I think is a miss it is almost like a sort of kick, I thought it was the prop bush so I fitted a new prop but that hasen't helped, the plugs are good, and I have cleaned and checked the fuel system and carb and fitted a new fuel line and primer blub but it is still the same, was woundering if the engine has a rev limter, it sort of sounds like it is bouncing of a limter, the motor runs like a clock at 3/4 throttle and under but as soon as I go above 3/4 throttle it starts to kick, the more I open the throttle the more it does it.
Please help it is driving me nuts!

Are you sure it's a 2005 CV25, the C models haven't available for a while. If it is a C model(non oil injection) then it wouldn't have a rev-limiter.
The gearcase may be jumping out gear causing it to ****.
It could be an ignition componet breaking down or timing off.
