97 C150TXRV Carb rebuilding parts

Hi, new member here. I am rebuilding the carbs on my C150TXRV OB. It appears that the needle valves [2 in each 2bll carb X3 carbs] are either swollen or the wrong part, as the float does not travel much at all. According to the shop manual, the distance between the end of the float to the base of the carb s/b .630" +/-.020 , I am well over .750" on this measurement. OK, so now to finding the parts, and according to this site and PN's for each individual part w/ gaskets is over $120. They sell carb rebuilding kits for these carbs at my local Yamaha dealers. Can someone help me find the OEM part number for these kits I need. Has anyone experienced a needle valve problem as described above. Thanks for any help. Mike
