Remote to tiller conversion

I found an '05 40hp 4 stroke outboard for sale for a great price. The only issue with it is that it is set up for controls. We would need it to be a tiller. Does anyone have a general idea on how much this would run and how difficult it would be to convert?

The tiller handle kit is part number 63D-W0086-Z1-4D but may not be available anymore.
