tilt and trim motor v200tlrx

the tilt and trim is makin some almost groaning noises barely goes down or up pulled the two rams to see if i had blown an o ring but everything checked out good i have been having some air issues over the last few weeks and couldn't seem to get rid of it after fishing for several hrs it would start to hang on me on a further note the tilt and trim motor after 3 or 4 up and downs while making this astranged noise was to hot to touch on the top what the heck is going on??

Could still have air in it, the trim motor could be going out or a problem within the hydraulics inside trim unit.
