Extension shaft

I am looking for the extension shaft ONLY which comes with the extension kit to convert a yamaha 200VMax carb model from long to extra long.
The shaft is about 15 to 20 cms long.
Any ideas where I can find it from? By the way the kit was after-market kit.

There was a company called Bay Manufacturing that sold extension kits.
