1994 115TLRS Starting/Idle Problem

I've got a 2 Stroke Yamaha 1994 115TLRS that has a very hard time starting and idling. Even after warming up it's a hard starter or may stall at idle. Any suggestions as to my problem?

I was thinking of possibly rebuilding the carbs? Is there a carb kit for this outboard?

With changing out the spark plugs. Any recommendations for replacement plugs? Anyone know what they should be gapped for?

The carb kits are number 19(one kit per carb) in diagram:
Yamaha Outboard Parts 1994 115TLRS REPAIR KIT 1 Diagram
Spark plugs are NGK-B8HS1-00-00 gapped at .039 in.

My 115 wont idle Its like it loses a cylinder but when it gets some rpms it runs great at high speed

Dirty carbs are the most common idle problem, could be an ignition problem.

spoon12423 did you ever find your problem? I've had my 115TLRS in three times to our local marine mechanic and it still idles and starts very poorly. They cleaned out the carb the last time, helped a bit but still not great idle. To start I need to fast idle the engine with the electric choke.

Any thoughts on how I'd diagnose a ignition issue?
