To ring or not to ring???

Pulled the heads on my '99 Yammie 200 OX66 today. Has never had anything done to it. My compression is between 101 to 105 across the board. Leak down guage I just purchased is defective so I couldn't get an accurate reading (my luck). The cylinder walls look great. You can still see the x-hatching from the fac. The question is should I re-ring and is it possible to do it by removing the rods through the intake. It's apart so I can put composite reeds in. The heads are being milled .03 is why I pulled the heads.

Have the cylinders measured for wear by the machine shop.
