Urgent Help Please!

Hi there, I have a Yamaha 115hp V4 on my bass boat. The motor idles fine, but when I want to pull away, it feels as if the boat does not have any power, but after a few seconds the power kicks in.

I think I need to adjust the carb a bit.

Can anyone please help as to how to do it?
