Before Start my engines

Hello, I have two Yamaha 250 Salt Water, 2003, two stokes, new, never used. I would like to tell me what should I check before starting engines for the first time.
The oil plastica tanks, alredy have oil, however it is advisable to put aditional oil in the fuel tank? if so, how much?

Fill oil tank with oil, turn key to fill engine oil tank. Bleed oil pump to remove all air, disconnect oil link arm. Start engine on 50:1 oil/gas mix and idle for 10 minutes to bleed air for oil injection lines and reconnect oil link arm. Follow break in as per owners manual.

To be sure, where is located oil link arm?
