Yamaha 200 prov oil injection pump

I have a 94 200 pro v and the oil pump from the boat keeps pumping oil to the motor and fills the carbs with oil and some times blows the oil cap off the container under the cowling. Can someone PLEASE help me with this problem? What is happening?

Most of the time it's a bad oil level sensor, number 24 in diagram.
