  • 02 50 TLRA Carbs

I have been rebuilding the carbs due from setting to long since Hurricane Charley hit here in August. They have been a real pain,
    1. I have one carb which is overflowing at the top so I am assuming the needle valve is sticking, I have replaced the seat and used all the parts in the rebuild kit. Am I right? And is there any secret tips?

    2. Also in the kit is three small plastic black caps I cannot find where to put them and since the motor is only two years old do I really need to replace the screw pilot?

I would like to say that this forum has been a great place to go for help and I hope it continues.

There is still something keeping the float valve from seating if it's overflowing and the caps cover the low speed jets in bottom of carb next to high speed jet.
