'87 200hp etxh mixture screw base setting

Does anyone know the base setting for the mixture screws on an '87 200 etxh? I looked in a few different manuals and found several different specs ranging from 7/8 turns out all the way to 2 3/8th turns out. I even found one stating that the port and starboard sides have different settings. I have G604 carbs that were just rebuilt. If anyone knows the correct starting point and could share with me I would appreciate it.
