I am having problems with the motor cutting out. Motor runs fine with no load, or in neutral. In gear any thing over 2700 rpm motor dies out to 600 to 700 rpm, When I attempt to increase throttle after engine moves to 700 rpm motor runs poorly and then runs fine for a short period but only to 2700 rpm. Checked gas with independant fuel.
