Gauges stopped working

MPH gauge now reads - . Also fuel managment gauge is acting wierd. Is this more likely to be a gauge or electrical sensor? Engines are 96 250 hp vx76. Worked fine all day on the way home i put it wide open for a second and was looking at the gauge when all of the sudden -. Also does anyone know where to get replacement decals for the cowls?
