I am having isssues with the motor not throtling up above 2500 rpms and there is an alarm going of as soon as i start the engine i think it might be the trim sending unit but i don't know is there any one out there that can help me out ? would a trim sender do that?

The alarm sounds if it overheats or oil level is low in oil tank and the engine will slow down to about 2000 rpm's.

so those are the only reasons for thealarm to go off cause the oil is full and the engine isnt even warm

Yes that is all that avtivates the alarm, check temp and oil level sensors.

Ok thank you and if the tilt sender is broken will that cause an issue

It will cause the trim gauge not to work but thats it.
