yamaha 200 year 1994 overtemperature allarm

Hi,
I have a problem with my Yamaha 200 outboard (1994 2 stroke).
Sometime overtemperature allarm appear and after one minutes stop.
Sometime appear a low or high speed but sametime not appear.
Sameone can give me any indication to solve the problem.

Start with a new water pump.

The cold water is caming out very well from the hole.

It still may not be pumping enough water to keep engine cool.
