Need what year and model 6r1 69400 and 65601 this number i see in the block

On the bracket where the outboard bolts to boat there should be a ID plate. We need the complete model number off of the ID plate (or decal)to tell the year

i check the bracket i think i lost it. only the pin that hold the plate are there but the plate is missing, need the model and the year either one of them will be great help

Sorry but I don't see any serial numbers that start out with 6R1
