Help with 88' yamaha excel spark on only one side of engine

On my yamaha excel I am only getting spark on the port side cylinders. I removed the three wires that feed the port side power packs and plugged them into the starboard side powerpacks and it gave me spark on the starboard side so I know the powerpacks are good. Could this be caused by the stator. Any other ideas has anyone had this happen. Thanks in advance

I thought the triggers con*****ed spark to pairs that were on different sides of engine?

I have a meter no dva. Are there any simple tests I could do with a meter.Thanks for your help

Just tested stator wires with multimeter and it read 54 k on two wires and 2.2 on the other two.

Sorry did test wrong here are the right numbers.
stator:brown-red leads=1140 blk/red-blue=25
trigger=375 on all pairs
All the numbers seem to be in specs?
Not quite sure how to test CDI any help

Is there any way to test CDI?
