help please f100aet milky oil

hi i have a f100aet and found milky oil in sump when checking oil engine running fine upto oil check no smoke , someody said head gasket , pulled head no probs there , then advised oil pump seals, removed power head ok, removed lower unit ok , but cannot get sump unit off, seems to be stuck on the shaft but have no book and i live in samoa very hard to get anything here.
any ideas welcome

thanks for the link to the diagram, but i still cannot find a way to get the oil pan down, it seems the whole unit is commected to the shaft behimd it, i cannot see a way to release it.
