tiller to remote question

I have a 25 hp elect start 07 yamaha on a carolina skiff. I want to change it to remote steering ...My motor is 25ESH ..serial 6L2K S 1024831....What parts do I need to make this conversion.....should I add engine gauges to the console?....I know that there is a steering bracket that attaches to motor that I can't find..Where do I get that bracket......I'm pretty handy...What tools do you need to make this change? ...I have a good Idea, but I want to make sure before I buy....would I need a Remote Conversion Kit?

Can you tell me if this remote will work with my 2007 25hp ESH ...6L2K S 1024831 Yamaha motor? part number 703-48207-17-10

No the 703-48207 is push to open throttle, 10 pin main harness with power trim switch.
703-48230 is pull to open, 7 pin main harness and no trim.

Thanks for your help......Can you tell me where this model number comes from....ESH ...6L2K S 1024831....When I'm looking up parts this model number never comes up...the dealer tells me that it is a bad number.....I want to modify what I have already done....

rigging guide

I bought a rigging guide off of ebay that was going to help me install my 703 7 pin remote control box, but its no help......what would be the best source of info for installing a 703 remote control box?

The Rigging Guide is the only source of information on control box installation. The control box installation is about the same except for electical and the main harness just plugs into harness on motor.

I've got a new 25esh model #6L2KS 1042060 from y'all recently. What parts do I need to convert tiller to remote? I do not want key start or electric choke. Will the parts mentioned in the previous threads work for this newer model #?
