703 Remote Control

My old 703 control (from a '92 - 70hp) pulls the cables for both shift and throttle. The engine I am wanting to use this contol on requires the throttle cable to push. Is this control reversible internally or is there a special part number for what I require?

You would have to change the throttle arm 703-48261-01-00 inside control box to change it to a push to open throttle.
