  • 2000 ox66 150 Trim question

I was leaking fluid from the O rings from where the pump bolts to the ram assembly.

I removed the pump, and installed new O rings.
now the system wont work properly.

It will go up and down with help, and at times seems to work OK..
the system really seems airbound. it makes a lot of wierd noises.

I installed new bushings and grease, so I know the noise isnt from binding up there, and I tried bleeding it as best I can, but does anyone have any ideas.

I am thinking to just change the pump assembly, but I was thinking if it could be the o rings on the rams.

The rams are not leaking externally.
I also read where the bushings in the motor could be worn, and be letting fluid back through.
    please help.

    Thanks

    Jeff

Might recheck the orings to see if one is pinched or out of place and there is valves in pump side make it didn't fall out.

      thanks
I checked the o rings on the pump a couple times.
it seems like when I put the unit on the bench, and move the tilt piston, it feels like metal on metal.
I think im going to check the o rings on the shaft..
do the cylinder caps have standard or reverse threads, and do you know the part numbers for the spanner wrenches?

      Thanks
