Digital Tach Not Working - 2005 F-150

The Multi-Function Digital Tach on my 2005 F-150 will not come on at all. It was working fine a week ago. Started the engine yesterday and the Tach does not power up. Digial Speedo unit works fine. Any suggestions on trouble shooting? Fuses are good.

Check for 12 volts on Yellow wire at back of tach, if no voltage check connections and fuse. Check for ground on Black wire .
