f100 conv 25" to 21" lower unit

have a f100 2000 model four stroke, has the extension block above gearcase, 25 inch shaft. anybody know if it it can be converted to a 21 inch and maybe details if it can?? thanks

You would have to change drive shaft, shift shaft and water tube and remove the extension block.
