Help!! The fish are biting around here and I just replaced the water pump on our 115. The pump works fine, but I can't get it in gear. I must have put the lower unit back wrong, but I don't know what I did wrong. Any help appreciated
you will have to redrop the gearcase, put gearcase in neutral and throttle in neutral....you must have twisted shift shaft.... common mistake....hopefully we NEVER do it again.
