1999 Yamaha 200 OX66 Saltwater

Need help!
I'm getting a solid tone alarm when running 3200 RPM or greater for 3-4 minutes. Once motor idles for 1-2 minutes alarm stops. I've changed both thermostats and both fuel filters as recommended by local Yamaha dealer. When the alarm goes off the gages don't indicate any faults just the solid tone alarm. Anyone else ever experienced this?

Sounds like it is overheating. Time to replace water pump.
