flooding

having trouble starting 93 70hp 2 stroke the motor started and ran for 5 second sand then it stopped . after much stuffing around it started again only after placing hands over carbys to restrict airflow . removed carbys and cleaned thoroughly as with fuel lines and primer . it started first go and did the same thing died cannot get started at all now . the plugs are getting soaked in fuel and it appears as if it flooding it doesnt make any difference with the manuel choke on carby on or off i am confident the carbys and lines etc are all clean but not sure if choke is broken please help

fuel pumps bad ?

installed new pump and new manuel choke thing . still wont start . when you place hand over carby then remove it fuel littrally pours out . any ideas would help as im going mad

went back and checked for spark guess what . no spark. power everywere except coming out of black box should there be power out of black box with the key in on position but not trying to start it or should power only show when trying to start
