1992 yamaha 115 starts but wont turn off!

115 yamaha starts runs for a while and then stalls to 2k rpms. second problem when u turn ignition off the motor stays running. no warning buzzers or lights. heads are not hot. changed out wiring harness,ignition switch and still have problem. can anyone advice? thanks,lee

awsome i thought i had a bad ground problem. will troubleshoot the cdi. thanks,lee
